Chicken Club

By day it is a collection of small stores ("galeria" in Portuguese), and by night it is the Chicken Club, an outdoor nightspot. There is a small air-conditioned dance floor, the part of the club that is indoors, and a large outdoor area filled with tables and chairs. The dance floor has good dimensions – it can fill up easily but still isn’t so small that it induces claustrophobia. The two environments – the loud, dark dance floor and the breezy, cool outside make Chicken Club a good destination for groups. Chicken Club is popular with both locals and tourists and is usually crowded (although not unpleasantly so) on weekends.

Yee-Ha!

Pronounced "Eeeyah!" by the locals, this is the most recent entry to Porto's nightlife. And it hasn't exactly taken the town by storm. There is unlikely to be a line to enter, because there is unlikely to be anybody inside. There is free use of the pool table, which might well be the only pool table in Porto de Galinhas, and the drinks are reasonably priced, but there is no food on offer and little chance of meeting anyone inside the club.
